How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking the "Login / Sign up" button on any page. We support registration via Google, LINE, Facebook, or Email with OTP verification. No crypto wallet is required to get started.

Do I need a crypto wallet to use Fancollect?

No, you don't need a crypto wallet. Fancollect uses Fan Power as its in-platform currency, which can be purchased with Thai Baht (THB). We handle all the blockchain technology behind the scenes so you can focus on collecting and supporting your favorite creators.

What is Fan Power?

Fan Power is Fancollect's in-platform currency used to purchase digital collectibles and support creators. It provides a simple way to engage with the platform without needing to understand cryptocurrency or manage wallets.

How much does Fan Power cost?

1 Fan Power = 1 THB. The exchange rate is fixed and straightforward, so you always know exactly how much you're spending. You can purchase Fan Power directly on the Collections page after logging in.

How do I purchase Fan Power?

After logging in, click the "Purchase Fan Power" button in the navigation bar. You'll be directed to the Collections page where you can purchase Fan Power using various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payment platforms.

What are digital collectibles?

Digital collectibles on Fancollect are unique digital items created by your favorite creators. They can include artwork, videos, music, photos, and other exclusive content. Each collectible is verified as authentic and has a limited supply, making them truly valuable.

How do I purchase a collection?

Browse the Collections page, find a collectible you love, and click "Purchase Now." Make sure you have enough Fan Power in your account. The collectible will be added to your dashboard immediately after purchase.

Can I resell my collectibles?

Yes! You can list your collectibles for sale on the Marketplace. Set your price in Fan Power and other collectors can purchase them. Creators receive a royalty on secondary sales, ensuring they continue to benefit from their work.

How do I become a creator on Fancollect?

We're currently onboarding creators through an application process. Visit our Creator's Moment page to see existing creators and their work. If you're interested in joining, contact us through the Contact page and we'll guide you through the process.

What are Creator Moments?

Creator Moments are short-form video content shared by creators on the platform. They give fans a behind-the-scenes look at the creative process, exclusive previews of upcoming collections, and a way to connect more closely with their favorite creators.

How do creators earn on Fancollect?

Creators earn Fan Power from primary sales of their collections and receive royalties on all secondary marketplace sales. They also benefit from increased exposure through the Creator's Moment feature and platform promotions.

How do I reset my password?

Fancollect uses a passwordless authentication system. Simply log in using your email with OTP verification, or through your connected social accounts (Google, LINE, or Facebook). There's no password to remember or reset.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes, we take security seriously. Your personal data is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your information with third parties without your consent. All transactions are processed through secure channels and protected by industry-standard encryption.
