1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fancollect platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Fan Power

Fan Power is Fancollect's in-platform currency. 1 Fan Power equals 1 THB. Fan Power can be used to purchase digital collectibles on the platform. Fan Power is non-refundable and non-transferable outside the Fancollect platform unless otherwise specified.

4. Digital Collectibles

Digital collectibles purchased on Fancollect grant you ownership rights to the digital asset as recorded on the blockchain. Ownership of a digital collectible does not grant copyright or intellectual property rights to the underlying content unless explicitly stated by the creator.

5. Creator Responsibilities

Creators on Fancollect must ensure all content they upload is original or properly licensed. Creators are responsible for the accuracy of information provided in their applications. Fancollect reserves the right to remove content that violates our Community Guidelines.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in fraud, manipulation, or any activity that disrupts platform operations. This includes but is not limited to creating fake accounts, manipulating Fan Power systems, uploading malicious content, or infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fancollect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of Fan Power you have purchased in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any Fan Power balance may be forfeited in cases of terms violation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
